WAC 110-300-0475 (iii): During the course of the complaint assessment, Licensor Lauilefue concluded that more likely than not, there was enough information available to determine more than likely a licensing violation occurred. Licensor learned through the complaint assessment that that an incident report was documented with the bruise on the child and indicating an awareness of a bruise on the child one of which was dated May 2nd, one other incident was document as an incident report on 23rd of May in which there is a current LD/CPS open case, staff members neglected to act upon it and report to proper authorities. ??
